Natasha O’Neil (she/her)
Natasha has been practicing yoga for 20 years, starting with being introduced to Ashtanga yoga in 2004. She completed her teacher training in 2007 and has taught vinyasa flow for 12 years in various settings. She loves spreading her love for and experience of yoga with other practitioners and is eternally grateful for all of the teachers that she has encountered on the path thus far. A mom (and homeschooler!) to four kiddos, Natasha has taught pre- and post-natal yoga alongside her pregnancies, has facilitated mediation groups, and began her daily Ashtanga yoga practice in 2022.
