There is a class for every practice.
Classes are held in either our heated West Studio or our non-heated East Studio. Class locations are noted on the schedule.
For those just starting their yoga journey, we recommend our The Roots and The Unwind practices.
-
The Roots
Honouring where we were planted, a familiar practice that is based in Hatha yoga and is aimed to be accessible to all. A great place to start if you’re new to your yoga asana (movement) practice and a strong foundation to build on and retreat into if you’re a seasoned practitioner. We offer classes with music, without music, and silent classes that have limited to no verbal instruction from the teacher (these classes rely on visual cues and demonstration).
-
Flow
Flow is a fluid yoga practice that intentionally pairs one breath to one movement, creating an active meditation. While this class is faster paced and includes more movement and postures than our The Roots, the practice still draws on the same even and smooth pacing. Teachers lead familiar sequences from session to session to create dependability and support into your practice. As with all classes, students are encouraged to adjust the practice to their needs with pose modifications, rest, and water throughout.
-
Yin
Yin yoga is made up of restorative poses that are held for 3 to 5 minutes each, with a focus on softening and letting go. Practiced in reduced heat, Yin gives you the opportunity to work on finding stillness in body and mind, while connecting to your breath. It is an excellent compliment to your yoga and meditation practices.
-
3x3
Our 3x3 pairs three familiar postures from The Roots Series with three flows. It’s the perfect balance of foundational poses and fluid breath movement to focus your breath awareness and connection to the strength of your body.
-
The Unwind
The Unwind is the Hatha yoga class your nervous system didn’t know it needed. Whether you’re dealing with chronic stress or just need practice slowing down, The Unwind is the place to build your relaxation skills. Expect a short period of gentle heat building poses, followed by slow and low movements meant to intentionally unwind each part of your body (back, wrists, shoulders, ankles, neck, etc). Suitable for all levels. This offering is the next evolution of Body Bliss/Foundational Flow.
-
Strong & Slow Flow
This class combines the principles of vinyasa through slow, controlled flow sequences, with the challenge of containment and muscle work. Strong & Slow Flow is a practice with space to improve upon the art of time under tension, being with the mechanics of our bodies, and weaving play into practice.
-
Yang/Yin
Yang/Yin is about reveling in balance, with the first half of the class offering an energizing flow sequence, followed by a grounding Yin series. This practice is designed to highlight the contrast of built energy and space for settling the body, striking a balance between effort and ease.
Saturday mornings, students may be offered an optional additional 15 minutes of guided meditation and breathwork. If additional time is being offered, the teacher will still hold time for savasana (the posture we end practice in) within the 75 minute class. At the end of the 75 minute practice, time is provided for those that wish to leave at 75 minutes to quietly exit and for the students wishing to stay to settle in for the additional 15 minutes.
-
Mysore
Mysore style, open class, is a timeframe dedicated for the student to come and practice and learn from the teacher on a one-on-one basis. As the student learns the Primary Series sequence of Ashtanga yoga, additional poses are taught, adding onto the memorized sequence. This allows the student to run their own practice, with the ability to ask questions and work directly with the teacher.
-
Ashtanga
Ashtanga yoga is a traditional vigorous yoga practice typically learned through direct teacher/student guidance in a Mysore class. As the student learns the sequence and the body adapts to the poses, additional poses are added onto the set sequence. The led primary sequence consists of around 75 poses (asanas), including some pranayama (breathing techniques). This practice is one that students dedicate themselves to, many working towards practicing six days per week. Students should prepare to move through sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, seated poses, reclined poses, and inversions.
-
Hatha
Hatha yoga includes traditional postures that were created for practice in the heated room. This class is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones, and stretches while calming the mind and reducing stress, with the added bonus of a candlelit evening atmosphere. Suitable for all levels.
-
Pilates
Grounded in the core principles of Pilates, Mat Pilates classes are energizing, low-impact, and focus on building stamina, strength, and of course, breath. Classes are well balanced, targeting your core, legs, arms, and back, using body weight and controlled movements to build core strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance.
Pilates offers space to explore principles like control, concentration, precision, breathing, and flow to promote proper posture and body awareness, with exercises adapted for various bodies and their abilities. A typical class may incorporate small props including light weights, bands, blocks or balls, for added resistance and time under tension.
-
The Workout
The Workout combines the heart of Yoga, the muscle conditioning of Pilates, expressed with energized movements of a HIIT class, to music. Class may incorporate the use of bands, weights, and balls, and use of these tools is always optional. We'll dive deep into the most common compensation patterns, while focusing on the core to unravel daily habits, helping you feel strong and rejuvenated. Be ready for great vibes and uplifting music while we sweat together! All levels welcome.
-
Barre
Barre leverages the core principles of conditioning and posture used in ballet training and is a solid compliment to your yoga practice. Focusing on strength and stability, barre includes powerful leg work, upper body toning, and elements of cardio. Props, such as hand weights and sculpting balls are used during the class and are provided by the studio.

Restorative Yoga
Attendees will be guided through 8 to 10 restorative yoga postures over 90 minutes of class time in a comfortable, spacious, candlelit room, accompanied either by a talented live musician or soft pre-recorded sounds. This unique experience will consist of long holds of 5 to 8 minutes each in either seated or reclined postures, where the body is fully supported by props to encourage deep and restful relaxation. Designed for any body, sequencing and timing will vary from class to class. Bolsters, pillows, and blankets will be available to borrow, however, students are encouraged to bring their own.
-
Meditation+Movement
In this balanced offering, practitioners will move through 40-45 minutes of Yoga asana and 15-20 minutes of grounding through meditation and breathwork techniques. This practice is designed to help you find your centre of calm within, offering space for the flow of your energy and to practice the skills of attention and stillness.
-
Hot Mix
This practice is Teacher's Choice - it could be themed to body part/muscle group, posture type, style of Asana practice, or even based on the music genre/band. Think of this as creative space with something fresh every week. It is the perfect class to stay open and curious. All yogis should bring their beginner's mind.
-
Karma
Each month we focus our energy and community generosity on a specific cause near and dear to our local hearts. We invite all to join these classes for a small fee, whether or not you are a member of the studio, the proceeds from which will be donated to that month’s cause.

Kids Yoga
This 60-minute drop-in class is suitable for kids aged 5 to 12 years old and will introduce them to the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a supportive, welcoming, non-competitive environment. Class time will be split between learning and practicing yoga asana (movements and postures), breathing practices, relaxation and visualization techniques, playing games, and doing various relevant art activities. With regular practice, it is our hope that your child will improve their strength, balance, attention, and coordination; build self-esteem; learn about the importance of community; and show kindness to themselves and others. Kids should wear comfortable clothes that will allow them the mobility to move, stretch, and strengthen their body through basic and challenging yoga poses. Students should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the class starts to allow for sign-in and to get settled with the instructor before heading up to the East Studio (non-heated). Kids should bring a mat they can carry themselves and a reusable water bottle with their name on it. Any concerns you or your child may have can be addressed with the teacher before the class to make sure everyone can be comfortable and have the most fun. Parents should note that kids will need their own login and account to Mindbody based on an email address that is different from the one used for their parent’s account. This account will then be added to the main parent’s account as a family member, which will allow the parent to book classes on their child’s behalf.
