There is a class for every practice.
Classes are held in either our heated West Studio or our non-heated East Studio. Class locations are noted on the schedule.
For those just starting their yoga journey, we recommend our The Roots Series and Foundational Flow practices.
-
The Roots Series
Honouring where we were planted, a familiar series that is aimed to be accessible to all. A great place to start if you’re new to your yoga asana (movement) practice and a strong foundation to build on and retreat into if you’re a seasoned practitioner. We offer classes with music, without music, and silent classes that have limited to no verbal instruction from the teacher (these classes rely on visual cues and demonstration).
-
Flow
Flow is a fluid yoga practice that intentionally pairs one breath to one movement, creating an active meditation. While this class is faster paced and includes more movement and postures than our The Roots Series, the practice still draws on the same even and smooth pacing. Teachers lead familiar sequences from session to session to create dependability and support into your practice. As with all classes, students are encouraged to adjust the practice to their needs with pose modifications, rest, and water throughout.
-
Yin
Yin yoga is made up of restorative poses that are held for 3 to 5 minutes each, with a focus on softening and letting go. Practiced in reduced heat, Yin gives you the opportunity to work on finding stillness in body and mind, while connecting to your breath. It is an excellent compliment to your yoga and meditation practices.
-
3x3
Our 3x3 pairs three familiar postures from The Roots Series with three flows. It’s the perfect balance of foundational poses and fluid breath movement to focus your breath awareness and connection to the strength of your body.
-
Foundational Flow
Tending to all of the building blocks of a more vigorous practice such as Flow, this practice focuses on the nervous system and unpacking each part of your body, paired with breath awareness and specific spaces where we hold tension as humans. Think gentle flow with no standing or balancing series. (For existing members, this is the artist previously known as Body Bliss).
-
Strong & Slow Flow
This class combines slow, controlled flow sequences with the challenge of containment and muscle work. Strong & Slow Flow is a great class to increase muscle strength and toning, while getting a great stretch.
-
Yang/Yin
Yang/Yin is about revelling in balance, with the first half of the class made up of a challenging and energizing flow sequence, followed by a Yin-style series to slow things down and relax the body.
-
Ashtanga
Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic series of movements connected with breath. Taught in the tradition of K. Pattabhi Jois, you will be guided through the 90-minute Primary Series. Both new and experienced yoga practitioners are invited to join and should be prepared to be challenged, invigorated, and delighted with the magic that happens both on and off the mat.
-
Hatha
Hatha yoga includes traditional postures that were created for practice in the heated room. This class is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones, and stretches while calming the mind and reducing stress, with the added bonus of a candlelit evening atmosphere. Suitable for all levels.
-
Pilates
Pilates is grounded in the core principles of pilates and targets your core, legs, arms, and back. With classes held in both our hot and non-heated rooms, these classes are energizing, low-impact, and focus on your stamina, your strength, and of course, your breath.
-
Yoga Fusion
Yoga Fusion (Yoga w/ weights) has the heart of yoga and the muscle conditioning of pilates, expressed with energized movements to music. In this class, you will dive deep into the most common compensation patterns, while focusing on the core to unravel daily habits, leaving you feeling strong, lengthened, and rejuvenated. Be ready for great vibes and uplifting music while we sweat together. This class is suitable for all levels.
-
Barre
Barre leverages the core principles of conditioning and posture used in ballet training and is a solid compliment to your yoga practice. Focusing on strength and stability, barre includes powerful leg work, upper body toning, and elements of cardio. Props, such as hand weights and sculpting balls are used during the class and are provided by the studio.
-
Restorative Yoga
Attendees will be guided through 8 to 10 restorative yoga postures over 90 minutes of class time in a comfortable, spacious, candlelit room, accompanied either by a talented live musician or soft pre-recorded sounds. This unique experience will consist of long holds of 5 to 8 minutes each in either seated or reclined postures, where the body is fully supported by props to encourage deep and restful relaxation. Designed for any body, sequencing and timing will vary from class to class. Bolsters, pillows, and blankets will be available to borrow, however, students are encouraged to bring their own.
-
Hot Mix
This practice is Teacher's Choice - it could be themed to body part/muscle group, posture type, style of Asana practice, or even based on the music genre/band. Think of this as creative space with something fresh every week. It is the perfect class to stay open and curious. All yogis should bring their beginner's mind.
-
Karma
Each month we focus our energy and community generosity on a specific cause near and dear to our local hearts. We invite all to join these classes for a small fee, whether or not you are a member of the studio, the proceeds from which will be donated to that month’s cause.

Kids Yoga
This 60-minute drop-in class is suitable for kids aged 5 to 12 years old and will introduce them to the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a supportive, welcoming, non-competitive environment. Class time will be split between learning and practicing yoga asana (movements and postures), breathing practices, relaxation and visualization techniques, playing games, and doing various relevant art activities. With regular practice, it is our hope that your child will improve their strength, balance, attention, and coordination; build self-esteem; learn about the importance of community; and show kindness to themselves and others. Kids should wear comfortable clothes that will allow them the mobility to move, stretch, and strengthen their body through basic and challenging yoga poses. Students should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the class starts to allow for sign-in and to get settled with the instructor before heading up to the East Studio (non-heated). Kids should bring a mat they can carry themselves and a reusable water bottle with their name on it. Any concerns you or your child may have can be addressed with the teacher before the class to make sure everyone can be comfortable and have the most fun. Parents should note that kids will need their own login and account to Mindbody based on an email address that is different from the one used for their parent’s account. This account will then be added to the main parent’s account as a family member, which will allow the parent to book classes on their child’s behalf.
