Marsha Jaworski (she/her)

Fifteen years ago Marsha was practicing yoga with a good friend and after class she suggested that they both quit their jobs, go to India, and study yoga. Marsha needed no convincing. Marsha is an experienced yoga and fitness instructor, educator, and practicing osteopath and massage therapist. Based in Cambridge, Ontario, Marsha has experience teaching anatomy and physiology at a college level, both locally and internationally. At the heart of her teaching is a belief that education is empowering, movement is therapeutic, and a mindfulness practice connects us with ourselves and others. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which informs her biopsychosocial approach to working with people and an emphasis on regulating the nervous system. Her diverse background brings a wealth of experience to her work. For over a decade, Marsha has been supporting people in healing themselves through mindfulness, yoga, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy.
