Angela Graham (she/her)

Angela first stepped into a yoga class in 2006, and fell in love with the physical challenge and sweat of it all, and over time, her practice and the community she found at that studio made it become so much more. Starting as an Energy Exchanger at a studio in Etobicoke in 2013, Angela took the plunge to take her Level 1 Teacher Training online during the pandemic in 2021 and also completed her Flow training in May 2022, falling deeper in love with a good sweat. She dove head first into teaching and is loving every single minute of it. Angela is inspired to share practical ways to regulate your nervous system by connecting breath and movement. Her classes will guide you to find your internal rhythm, explore the spaces in between postures, and to feel good in your body through accessible, yet challenging yoga classes for all. Outside of teaching yoga, Angela is passionate about dog and animal rescue, mental health, specifically youth mental health, solving period poverty and equity, and fighting for environmental sustainability.
