Alex McGarry (he/him)

Alex completed his 200hr yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. The experience gave him a foundational way to ebb and flow through life, and gain peace of mind (easier said than done—that's why it's called a practice!).

His interest in yoga peaked as he started exploring philosophy, breathing, and mindfulness. Weaving these concepts into his practice helps create a meditative-movement experience.

He strives to create a relaxing, supportive environment for you to explore these concepts in your own practice of movement and thought.

They also enjoy playing music, and you can come to expect that there will be calming instruments played in class.
